let's take some sample shots to test out these Speedlite modifiers and figure out the best one for your needs. at the end, we also try out a simple 3 Speedlite set up. let's look at just a Speedlite bounced into the ceiling and off the wall. a small softbox you attach right to your Speedlite. a med round softbox that attaches to your Speedlite. a sto-fen. a large 43" umbrella softbox for your Speedlite. and a light sphere. you can judge for yourself what photography light modifier you like the best for you normal shooting conditions. I used a canon speed light on ETTL for most of the shots. in the last shot with 3 speed lights I used the Canon Speedlite on a light stand inside the large umbrella softbox in slave move, the amazonbasics speed light was on a light stand with the small round softbox in slave mode as my hair light and the neewer manual Speedlite behind me as a backlight in slave mode. all 3 speedlites were triggered with my cameras pop up flash.
