When TNT'ing into the first building, be careful the civilian in the alleyway doesn't get curious and run over as you jump. You can run at him and herd him away first before your TNT-jump.
Just using the speedrun path for showing this achievement on Fresh Supply real quick like, without 'cheating' using no-monsters. No pop-up as I already had this.
