I took a road trip through West Virginia in October/November of 2023 and visited 13 Fallout 76 locations. This is the second episode in a series where I took pictures in real life and then tried to recreate them in the game. The real life photos are always first in the video.
The West Virginia Penitentiary is located in Moundsville, West Virginia about 30 minutes from the location in Episode 1. It operated from 1876 to 1995. An addition was finished in 1959. You can take ghost tours and/or historical tours and they will even rent the whole thing out for a night! In Fallout 76 it is called Eastern Regional Penitentiary.
Please let me know what you think. Stay tuned for Episode 3 where I visit the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum (Fort Defiance).
