The story of George Washington is incredible in every sense of the word.

When the Continental Congress fled from the British army, these were their standing orders:

“UNTIL CONGRESS SHALL OTHERWISE ORDER, GENERAL WASHINGTON
SHALL BE POSSESSED OF FULL POWER TO ORDER & DIRECT ALL THINGS."

The Fate of the Revolution rested squarely upon George Washington’s shoulders.

In addition to fighting the British army & navy, Washington had to battle the elements, low morale, & shortages in supplies.
