Dr. Jonathan Engler argues that the evidence (particularly in New York and Italy, early sites of reported heavy fatalities) is not consistent with the idea of a novel pathogen gradually spreading and causing a novel illness. "Any and all harms observed and reported," Engler argues, "can be explained by a combination of: mistreatment, maltreatment, non-treatment, neglect, abuse and data fraud."
