After a storm blew over our corn and we thought we had lost the crop, we finally harvested and processed what we could. Even though we planted too close together and didn’t get the yield we hoped for, we were still able to boil, blanch, and vacuum seal 11 bags of corn (44 cups total) to enjoy from our freezer this year!
Sometimes gardening doesn’t go exactly as planned, but we’re thankful for what we were able to harvest. 🌽
