stacked deck is banned as of september 18. after a few vendetta RQs and showdowns, kennen has revealed itself as TOO strong. rather than target rhasa, nocturne or ride the wind - all problem cards in kennen - riot went straight for the throat: stacked deck. lets talk about why they chose this card and what it means for RQ LA
