Allies are the characters I used originally to level her (they were trained at the same time too)
This character has the most unique special attributes to her attacks. C1 paralyses like the Par. Trap formation skill, C3 confuses enemies as if you ambushed them, C4 slows down movement and Air R1 puts enemies to sleep.
She loves and hates crowds, combos happen in a flash for her, however if too many enemies surround her it gets a little dangerous due to the fact that she is so stationary when she attacks. For this reason I use C3 the most for its 360 coverage and the enemy confusion it creates. Also Air R1 devours officers health bar really quickly. If you can cancel C4 before she makes the letters explode, you can manually explode them with a grounded S attack.
why Typhoon? Similar reason as Himiko, Typhoon gives Tamamo a hitbox on her R1 allowing her to Spirit Charge cancel out of it making it a lot safer to use.
