I found the new shortest level in the game. This really is just a small diversion at the mountains.
You only have to defeat one target, who happens to be pretty close by. It's possible to reach the final garrison early with a wallclimb with Zhang He, then fly much of the rest of the way with Pang Tong.

I think the level could still go under 14 with a slightly more accurate Benkei speed boost.
