Allies are the characters I used originally to level him (they were trained at the same time too)
Cao Cao has many good tools such as C1-EX which carries elements plus Ice if you don't already have it, C6 activates elements twice and his air R1 is pretty good with Wrath. For some reason his C2 lets him cancel into his air R1 despite being on the ground which I abuse greatly in the video.
