Well, you might ask on what's going on with this meme

Well, the story is about a lost soul of a kitten named Isabelle who died from the assassination and a soul guardian named Wyst. Wyst is one of the guardian in "Guardians of the Lost Children's Soul". He and his companions' role is to guard the lost souls and give them a loving bond and affection.

And now here is the answer in the video: Wyst lost Isabelle after playing nearby the forest and he thinks she died, so he called someone to help him but the whole crowd stared at him and the leader of the Lost Soul Guardian went into rage. The leader said that he and Isabelle supposedly not to go there nearby the forest so he must be inside the 'calming room' before going to court. Wyst went insane and telling himself that it was his fault to do that. Then, the judgement day in the court and his last day to live. The rules is, if you lost the innocent child soul, and you could not feel their presence, that means there is a punishment but if you could still feel their presence, that means they're alive but his, it was a random presence that he didn't felt it yet. So when he was about to be guilty, Isabelle entered the court and saying, it was her fault. So Wyst didn't take his punishment and he was saved by a little child
