Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef cooked and browned
2/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 block cream cheese (at room temp)
1 can Rotel°
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Corn Chips to dip
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into a baking dish or cast iron pan
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips
