I've designed this fitness Warm-up program specifically for mountaineers, hikers, trekkers, climbers & alpinists. Make this warm up exercise before any hike or mountain tour, to prevent injury. Whatever you focus on and enjoy, we all love the mountains and we want to stay safe and perform better out there - So follow along with this at home warm up and enjoy the view of the mountains.

Do every exercise slowly and with a certain basic tension. In particular, run the neck circles slowly and not overstretch them.
I have three different workouts and make one of them every other day. You can also do a few warm-up exercises before training.
