Embrace the cosy paradox of winter with this refreshing yet warming cold brew, topped with a delightful cinnamon and clove cold foam. The perfect concoction for the chilly days ahead!

Recipe:
2-4 oz cold brew
6 oz cinnamon-clove cold foam*

*Cold foam:
6 oz half & half or milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/16 tsp ground clove

To make the cold foam, combine the cinnamon, clove, and half & half (or milk). You can use a Breville Milk Carafe to create cold foam or simply use a frothing wand until the foam has the desired texture.

Add 2-4 oz cold brew to a glass filled with ice. Top with the cold foam and enjoy!
