This is Step 8 of the Warlord Ruin Dungeon quest In The Shadow of the Mountain where you have to Reclaim Hefnd's Bones. Once you enter Hefnd's Cairn, you get some interesting dialogue about the lore behind Shaxx and his history with the Ahamkara named Hefnd.
