The 99th and second to last episode! We will be in Above the Clouds for the very last time. To get this treasure you need the gong from Sea Turtle Rocks. This allows the moon to appear. Also, it has to be nighttime. Start by going up. This time, you will be going ALL THE WAY UP. So get as high as you can, until you see the blue key. Get that, and you will have to do some of this again since you have to fall down in order to get the key. Once you get to the moon, stomp the ground to make the blue spiky enemies float up. Jump on the second one to pick up a rock (don't touch the rock from directly under it, or you won't grab it). Then go to the third spiky enemy and knock that up too. Once you get to the platform above, throw the rock at the blocks and go in the door.
In this room, you will see a bird. Duck and bounce off of it. Then you will see red platforms that sink; carefully jump across these. It helps if you duck. You will see some more of them below you; at the end you will have to break a few blocks. This treasure will open a crack in The East Crater, and will allow you get THE FINAL TREASURE!
