The 93rd episode... now we're in the Cave of Flames for the final time. To get this treasure, you need the spray can treasure (found in Episode 90), similar to the last two episodes. Find the fragile wall and break it. Go in the door.
You'll see a bunch of enemies. Take one and throw it on the platform above. Take another and carry it; don't drop it yet. Bounce off of the two enemies to get to higher ground, and when you get on a platform with no enemies, drop the one you're carrying. Bounce off of that. Grab the blue key, go right, and you'll find more enemies. This time, you'll only need one. Just take one and throw it to the right, bounce off of it, and go right into the next room.
Here, avoid the Pouncer look-alikes. Well, at least don't let them squash you, or else you'll be wasting your time. Instead, defeat the green robots that carry them, and use them as platforms to get to the high platforms. When you're all the way up, let one squash you and you'll be flat. Float down into the room in the middle of the left wall. Then jump up and squeeze through the gap (this is why you need to be flat). You'll get the blue treasure; this is a pair of scissors that cuts the balloon in Above the Clouds and makes it float.
