75th episode... now in The Tidal Coast for the fourth and final time. Like in the previous episode, you need to enlarge the octopi so that they can break the blocks in the way. Now that these blocks are gone, you can get the blue key and chest. They shouldn't be hard to find... this treasure does nothing though.
