If Vampire Survivors had a heretical relationship with the Warhammer universe... then this is illegitimate offspring that would result. Wander the map, surrounded by tyranids (or skaven), slaughter them in the name of the emperor, get stronger, and repeat. It's fun for the same reasons that Vampire Survivors is fun. But has the novelty run out?
