Titanium and Asterite are two fundamental resources for your Railjack. They are used in the construction of Railjack components and they are also required to repair certain components earned during Empyrean missions.
The current game economy requires astronomical amounts of these resources but luckily you can farm them without too much stress even if you have a “low level” Railjack.
Both Titanium and Asterite are commonly found among asteroids fields which makes Phanghoul Satellites node on Earth Proxima a very easy place to farm them.
The mission has simply Exterminate objectives so you don’t have to infiltrate space station to sabotage them and the level of the enemies is low enough to be manageable even if your Railjack is not properly modded.
It is actually a very effective way to gather Titanium and Asterite to build better components for your Railjack giving you an edged when you decide to venture to Saturn Proxima.
This video has made especially for those who are started their Railjack adventures and they are looking for a reasonable way to farm Titanium and Asrerite at the low level missions.
In order to reach Saturn and Veil you need better components and a large amount of those resources can help you achieve it.
I strongly suggest to invest some of your Titanium and Asterite in the construction of a Sigma Mk III Reactor from Draydock research. The increased Avionics capacity will come in handy as you hunt for a Vidar MK III Reactor and with some clever farming you should have no problem in meeting the crafting Sigma MKI II requirements.
