[DISCLAIMER: With the loss of TWWT and AoE per charge charms in 3.24, this build will now have pathetic AoE and I do not recommend playing it with BB of unloading. If you want, the Winter Orb variant will still somewhat work. Also the loss of 30% native MS on Ralakesh boots after nerf will feel a bit bad.]

FULL DISCLOSURE: Build costs like 400+ Divines. Can be run in a budget variant from 10 Div onwards but will feel significantly worse.
This isnt a very original build, its just mashing together concepts from stuff that works really well this league, and I just wanted to make use of the newly reworked Ralakesh boots before theyre inevitably nerfed.
Build has a lot of room for improvement but Im mostly done with the league so Im gonna leave it as is.
Please refer to the Notes section of the attached PoB for most information about the build, since I dont want to sit and boringly talk over all the working bits of the build for 20 mins.
