On a more serious note:
-Lenz is actually the most fun I've had with a self-damaging weapon in a very long time. The AoE bubble is clear and tells you where not to stand, and you have a good chance of escaping the final blast if you roll quickly out of the cold proc bubble.
-The Lenz functions in this way: It fires an arrow that does medium damage, that upon impact with any surface creates a large bubble that procs 100% Cold. After a short period of about 1 second or so, the bubble detonates dealing large Blast damage. The second blast is the one that will definitely kill you.
-The cold proc CANNOT be modified by adding elementals (i.e. you can't add toxin mods to make a Viral AoE Proc) Elemental damage bonuses are only applied to the arrow projectile and the final explosion.
