So a funny thing happened a few weeks ago. Digital Extremes gave us all a free Vectis out of nowhere. Just for clarification purposes... I had already tested this weapon. I've maxed out every single weapon in the game, and my initial thoughts on Vectis was that it wasn't impressive. My final verdict of it being below average was a very long time ago, so I figured "Ah what the hell, let's give it another whirl." and much to my delight and shock.... This sumbich was blasting people straight out of their boots!
Now, it really bothers me that this gun doesn't thematically fit my Nidus. I MUCH rather use a Sentient arm cannon, but those things have yet to be released so I'm making due with what I've got. Also it should be stated that the new weapon was only incorporated because I needed a new primary to roll with a full set combination. Overall the set itself hurts our original setup a lot more so than it helps, so when modding you may or may not choose to include the full set. 4 out of 6 mods in the set is still a nice bonus which is what I'm going to do in the future, but for right now, as long as Nidus has stacks and he links to someone, this entire loadout is under godly standards & that's what's important!
