Wardogs is an upcoming multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed by British video game developer Bulkhead and published by Team17. It was released into close beta on 22 August 2026 for people who pre-ordered it and then released into early access for Microsoft Windows on 10 September 2026. Wardogs is revolved around a "cash is king" style of play, with each player starting out with $10,000. The game takes inspiration from the Arma 3 mod called "King of the Hill". In September 2026, Bulkhead announced that Wardogs is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S in 2028.
Wardogs is a multiplayer first-person shooter MilSim simulation video game inspired by King of the Hill that features a player versus player and can support up to 100-player servers.
Set in fictitious abandoned mountains in Eastern Europe, 100 players are split into three teams that fight for a 2x2 kilometre territory across a 256-square-kilometre sandbox map, and the team with the most teammates in the control zone wins a point, although you can make your presence in the zone count as two people by entering the "HotZone".
Wardogs is based primarily on a "cash is king" style of play, with every account starting with $10,000, in which you can purchase a custom loadout that ranges from weapons to gear, utility, and vehicles. Joe Brammer, the CEO of Bulkhead, stated that "Cash is the best anticheat", implying that the currency in-game could be used in ways to stop hackers and cheaters. According to reports, the format of Wardogs is based on a mod for the video game Arma 3. Wardogs also features a wager-like system where players can bet on the possible outcomes; throughout matches you can find money lying around, which you can either save, buy loadouts or trade the money for gold bars. Notably, the game does not feature a battle pass or microtransactions. According to testers, you will have a bank balance at the top right corner of the screen with red and green numbers below showing your current profit or loss for that life.
Bodycam is a multiplayer First Person Shooter video game being developed by indie company Reissad Studio. The game was released as an early access title on June 7, 2024.
The multiplayer game stands out for its near-photorealistic computer graphics and realistic animations, leading the shooter to share characteristics with simulations and Tactical shooters. A distinctive feature of the game are the viewmodels of the player characters simulated to imitate real footage from police and military bodycams, including the wide-angle fish-eye lenses and pixelating of character faces.
Bodycam is a tactical shooter played from an ultra-realistic first-person perspective. The game emphasizes visual immersion through dynamic fisheye lens distortion, chromatic aberration, realistic lighting, camera sway, and a minimal head-up display (HUD) without traditional crosshairs or ammunition counters.
Weapon handling relies on simulated physical inertia and procedural recoil, where firearms move independently from the center of the screen rather than following a fixed line of sight. To check ammunition or switch weapons, players must rely on visual and audio cues. Additionally, player character faces feature a pixelated blur effect designed to mimic redacted law enforcement video footage.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is a first-person shooter game co-developed by Treyarch and Raven Software and published by Activision. It is the twenty-second installment of the Call of Duty series and is the eighth main entry in the Black Ops sub-series, following Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (2024). Set in 2035, Black Ops 7s story—playable in single-player or co-op—will follow a team of agents led by David Mason in the aftermath of Call of Duty: Black Ops II (2012). As with previous Call of Duty titles, the game will also include a multiplayer component and the cooperative round-based Zombies mode.
Development on Black Ops 7 took place concurrently with the production of Black Ops 6, with both titles being green-lit at the same time. Marketing for the title began in June 2025 with the release of a cinematic trailer during the 2025 Xbox Games Showcase event; a full reveal debuted on August 19, at Gamescom. Black Ops 7 is scheduled for release on November 14, 2025, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7—like its predecessor, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (2024)—will be a first-person shooter. Depending on the game mode selected, players use near-future military equipment, such as weapons, field upgrades, and scorestreaks, to combat AI opponents, other human players, or undead creatures. Players can traverse a level/map omnidirectionally, and can perform wall jumps off of select walls;[3] in a change from Black Ops 6, the Tactical Sprint movement option—a limited-duration boost of speed allowing faster movement than the standard sprint—has been removed from the core movement, but is accessible as an optional in-game perk.
Black Ops 7 features three primary game modes: a single-player/co-op campaign, a multiplayer component and the cooperative round-based Zombies mode. Playable with up to four players, the campaign sees players take control of a JSOC unit led by David Section Mason. The campaign features 11 total missions; completing all missions unlocks access to the Endgame activity, which puts up to 32 players in the city of Avalon and tasks them with completing a series of objectives within a strict time limit. Players can bring a customized loadout with them into Endgame, but if they die, they lose access to their gear. In addition, for the first time in the franchise, the campaign features shared progression with the multiplayer and Zombies modes, allowing players to gain experience points (XP) and level up their global ranks, weapons, and seasonal battle passes.
The multiplayer component puts, in most cases, two teams of six (6v6) against each other across 16 maps; the objective-based Skirmish mode allows for 20v20 combat on two dedicated maps. Players have access to 30 customizable loadout weapons; once players reach a weapons maximum level, they can Prestige said weapon, which will unlock a series of cosmetic items, such as weapon camos and charms, but re-lock all available attachments. New to Black Ops 7s multiplayer is the Overclock upgrade system, which grants additional abilities to a players selection of lethal and tactical equipment, scorestreaks, and field upgrades. In Zombies, one to four players fight endless hordes of the undead across a large-scale map, which can be traversed using a Wonder Vehicle; the mode will also include a selection of smaller-scale survival maps and a new iteration of the top-down Dead Ops Arcade game mode.
