This is Warak's arangement of Banya's Beethoven Virus, which in itself is an arrangement of Ludwig Van Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata 3rd Movement. Also, notice that the song has elements taken from the Pathetique Sonata 1st Movement in the intro.
Why is this labeled an OVA episode and not Episode 3 of the Corona Edition Series? Because I'm playing on Pump It Up Mobile Edition as most arcades here in the Philippines are still closed.
