Currently we have no long range craft available to project our influence to the rest of Kerbin. We need something that can do this therefore the builds to vote for are:
#1. A bomber to assault enemy bases and project our weapons on to the enemy.
#2. A cruise missile ship or sub (if I can figure them out) that can attack far away bases.
