Hi everyone! Today I bring you my review of two books by Michael Morpurgo, author of many lovely animal stories. More specifically, I discuss “War Horse”, a novel about a cavalry horse during World War 1 which was adapted into a film, and its lesser-known sequel, “Farm Boy”, which sheds light on what happened after the end of War Horse, and the effect it had in modern day. I also reveal a neat bit of history behind these books, which heightened my appreciation of them upon learning about it!
