How to check and modify the camera's IP camera?
This video is divided into two parts.

First part: how to check the camera IP address in your phone ;
second part: how to modify camera's IP address in Pc client software.

1. How to check the camera's IP address?
1)First, ensure that the camera is online on your smartphone.
2)Tap the "Setting button" to enter the page of "Edit camera"
3)Choose"Advanced settings"
4)Choose"About camera
5)Now you can check the IP address and some other information about the camera


2. How to modify the IP address on the Wansview PC client software?

Note: First ensure that your camera and your computer are the same internet.

1)Please visit our website"www.wansview.com"-"support" to download the wansview pc client software
2)Download the corresponding software according to your computer(Windows or Mac/OS)
3)Right-click the wansview icon and run the wansview PC as administrator
4)Click"+" to enter the page of "Add device"
5)Click"IP" in the column of LAN search
6)Click"Search", and your camera will show there
7)Choose the camera you want to modify its IP address
8)Click "Modify IP"
9)Now you can modify the IP address by yourself; don't forget to enter the password
10)Click "Save" to finish your settings.
11)Now the IP address is successfully modified and you can add the camera.
12)Here,it shows"connected",right-click to choose "play" to play the video
