I made this tuning comparison of this fryer alarm of Lotteria and it instantly gave me a waltz feeling (in A flat major since the D flat kinda sounded like the 7th harmony of E flat, well the alarm's B flat was flat too...).
My brain somehow found 27edo appealing, so I made this in 27edo, although the fifth is way sharper as in the original (idk if some tunings with a fifth below the meantone's fifth have a good harmonic 7, 31edo is way too pure btw), and so I wrote my first microtonal waltz (not quite xenharmonic since you can transcribe it in 12edo and it still works).
