Walt Disney’s America the Beautiful is a Circle Vision 360 film that was shown in the Circle Vision 360 theater in Tomorrowland at Disneyland from 1967-1984. It was one of the first films in the format. The film displays many picturesque views from the United States of America along with patriotic music like Battle Hymn of the Republic and Dixie. The Circle Vision 360 theater closed at Disneyland in 1997 to be replaced by the short-lived Rocket Rods queue. The building now houses Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. Since America the Beautiful many Circle Vision 360 films have been made like Reflections of China and O’ Canada!. The latest Circle Vision 360 film is Canada Far and Wide which premiered in the Canada pavilion at EPCOT Center in 2020. In the China pavilion a new Circle Vision 360 film is in the works called Wondrous China. The film has yet to receive a premiere date however. While Circle Vision 360 is no longer available at Disneyland you can still find multiple Circle Vision 360 films at EPCOT Center including Canada Far and Wide, Impressions De France, and Reflections of China.
