Join my friend Gary and I for an action packed afternoon in Epcot! We managed to get an Individual Attraction Selection for the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster. We share our experience with you and review. We then potter around Epcot's Food & Wine Festival 2022, before a thunderstorm forces us to retreat back to Disney's Grand Floridian. There, we watch Happily Ever After from our balcony.

Due to us being very very tired after our previous day, we enjoyed a lie in. At 7am, I set an alarm to snag two Individual Attraction Selections for the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster in Epcot. These Individual Attraction Selections allow us to use the Lightning Lane at a certain time during the day. The price was $14.00 per person, plus tax. Individual Attraction Selections are separate from the paid Genie+ service. We leave Disney's Grand Floridian via the Resort Monorail loop and transfer at the TTC (Transportation and Ticket Center) to take the Epcot Monorail over to the park. Upon arriving at Epcot, we circle the park, taking a look at some of the construction updates going on in World Celebration. Once in the park, we stop by the Wheelchair and Stroller rentals to pick-up a wheelchair for Gary. The cost was $12.00 per day, or $10.00 per day if you purchase multiple days at once.
We prioritise going on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind before lunch, just in case it causes either of us any motion sickness. Heading into The Land, we ride Soarin' Around the World, Living with the Land and pick up an iced water from Sunshine Seasons. It's then to the World Showcase and the first stop on our Food & Wine tour, Canada! As with previous festival vlogs, we give each item a rating out of 5 and review. At Canada we have the Cheese Soup, before heading round to the France Pavilion for a ride on Remy's Ratatouille Adventure.
The storm then makes its way in. After taking cover for a good hour or so, we soon realise the rain and thunder storm isn't going anywhere. It's at that point, we assume Harmonious will be cancelled and we choose to bail. We make our way through the thunder and lightning to exit via International Gateway and Uber back to the Grand Floridian via the Beach Club.
Back at the Grand, we take our wet clothes to the resort laundry room and settle in for the evening. We watch Magic Kingdom's Happily Ever After fireworks from our room's balcony and treat ourselves to In-Room Dining (room service), as well as Mickey Bars from the Club Level lounge.
