I got some walnut logs and made them into lots of bowl blanks. The video is pretty long, but I think it is worth watching. It's not just about turning, but also about how I prepare my wood for the lathe. There are also two bigger log pieces of that tree, but I first need access to a chainsaw to cut them smaller, so they are not shown in the video.
