This showreel from 1967 includes many Wall's Ice Cream adverts from the period. One or two TV personalities are evident and I think I recognised Frank Thornton (Captain Peacock) and Leslie Crowther (Crackerjack).
Pre-decimal prices are in abundance and the use of the product description, 'Gaytime', didn't have the same connotation as it does now. Notice that Wall's were not averse to spying on a competitor either as an advert for 'Zoom' by Lyons Maid is shown.
Dr Who and the Daleks appear in an ad for Wall's Sky Ray lollipops where you could collect a whole series of Dr. Who cards!
