What's up buttercup.
So the previous tutorial series I made is somewhat outdated and frankly amateurish. So, I've decided to make a proper series that will last longer and teach you how to animate a wallpaper using GIMP and Wallpaper Engine.
This method requires more time and energy but yields far superior results.

In this series we'll be making a wallpaper from start to finish and I'll explain how and why I'm doing things. Next up: starting with GIMP!
