I present my entry for Good Kid's animation meme contest for their new song, "Wall!"
I really hope my entry counts, I'm aware that it's not the specific time stamp indicated by the contest details, but I hope it will still count towards the contest! Either way, I'm proud to have finished a full animated piece!
This animation follows my punk dog character, Harley, as he is moving on from heartbreak and navigates the city. He thinks he sees his ex in the vintage clothing shop, but he's mistaken, and is haunted by the ghost of his ex on the street. However, Harley has moved on, as he "doesn't even care that it's over," and he is expressing that he has found closure from the relationship.
It's been awhile since I've been able to make a full animated video like this and it's good to be back! I feel like I've improved my animation a bunch since the last real project and I'm super proud of what I was able to create for this.
