These brief lays out a systems-based approach to governing the gig economy by bringing together labour policy, social protection, digital governance, and fiscal reform into one forward-looking framework.
This paper is a practical tool that provides examples, data and analysis on how countries can govern platform work in ways that protect workers, support innovation, and advance human development.
