Each Sunday we walked along the river or through the town, expecting to enjoy #SensingSpirituality. Thismeant allowing ourselves the time to be aware of sensations of beauty, challenge, meaningfulness, and so on.
Sometimes people were particulary aware of a sense of 'Otherness' as they recognised the things beyond the physical elements we exist in. We all discovered a changed quality in awareness as we reunderstood ourselves personally, and the relationships with people and our environment where we also find our being.
For those of us who celebrate Easter, this was also an oportunity to combine thinking and discussing the story with watching our environment come back to life. We celebrated this on Easter Sunday by eating together on the banks of the river Nith.
