LA based poet Gina Loring and British director Deborah Anderson have gifted the world with a poetic call to action to celebrate and honor women, and the result of their creative collaboration will blow you away.

Poet/singer/songwriter Gina Loring (HBO’s Def Poetry, BET’s Lyric Cafe, TVOne’s Verses and Flow) is in a lane of her own. As guest artist of the American Embassy, she has performed in Kuwait, Russia, West Africa, Denmark, Turkey, Greece, Ireland, England, France, Spain, and Tunisia. A college professor by day, she holds a B.A. from Spelman College and an M.F.A. from Antioch University Los Angeles, and she volunteers with Inside Out Writers, facilitating writing workshops with incarcerated teens.
