This is using the edge glitch to fall into the area by the stairs leading into the toxic waste area of Rusty Bucket Bay. This might be useful if used as an out of bounds warp to the beginning, but it's also a lil' bit cool =) This reminds me of the left side method of clipping through the stairs by the final Grunty door.
