Oh boy, the Noriko collab finally has a proper intro, and updated rules to properly include Yuka as well.
This is Noriko Amewara Plus Yuka Kazami Edition Collab, or NAPYKEC for short

Rules:
1. The collab has been expanded to also include Yuka.
-This means that any submission containing Noriko and/or Yuka. You can have one or both, but your video needs at least one of them or it won't count
-They don't need to be the main character, they only need to participate in the video somehow
-This was done due to a suggestion I received last Noriko collab. Someone didn't want to create a submission because they didn't want to use an OC character. Now you can have an entirely vanilla Touhou video and have it count.
2. I will be editing the final video at 1366x768 resolution. This is due to the resolution of my computer monitor.
-You don't have to follow this resolution rule, just keep in mind that your video will be stretched or squashed to fit the size if it's not at that resolution
-I'll take any file type that I can put into Adobe After Effects, but try to keep submissions as .mp4 if possible
3. There is no limit to the length of the submission, but try to keep it at nine seconds minimum
-Due to this rule, I reserve the right to edit your submission for any reason. If your submission is only twelve seconds long, but I feel it makes it's point at nine seconds, it'll be edited down to nine
-In addition, there is no limit to the number of videos someone can submit
4. I reserve the right to deny any video that doesn't have decent video or audio quality
-Don't worry about animation quality, just make sure your picture isn't blurry or your audio isn't terrible
-Still images or slideshows aren't allowed, so try to have at least some amount of animation
5. Ravioli ravioli don't lewd the mermaid loli
-No shipping, romance, or nudity of any kind
-Swearing is allowed, but keep it to a minimum, excessive swearing will be denied
6. Submissions can be sent as a link to a youtube video, a link to a video uploaded to google drive, or an email attachment
-Any video created after the previous collab ended will count as a submission. This means that if you just so happen to create a Noriko and/or Yuka Walfas video after June 24th 2016, it can count as a submission
-Reuploads do not count, it needs to of been made originally after this date
-If your comment with a link does not show up, let me know so I can check the youtube auto filter
7. Make sure to include your user name in the file name or comment of your submission
-Any submission where I don't have the creator's name will not be credited
8. June 20th is the deadline
-Final collab video will be uploaded on June 23rd
-I won't take any submissions after the 20th of June
9. Feel free to ask questions, if any
