Here's Narumi, rice farmer and role model. All she knows she learned from her sensei. She's here to pass on her lessons to all the small ones.

Her lessons pretty much work as a reverse Shiki Eiki lecture.

Narumi is apparently Filthy Frank now, since she was introduced with a Filthy Frank meme in episode 22.

It wasn't easy trying to decide which Filthy Frank video to use. Needed something that could be used for a back and forth conversation, while also making Narumi look like an insane person, or at least be close enough for a screaming tirade reaction from Kisume.
