This animation depicts the characters Licorice and RGB, brothers resulting in the experiments of an unknown scientist.
For those who don't know Licorice's backstory, Licorice was made in a secret lab, however, his creation was illegal, and when Licorice escaped the lab to try and explore, he was seen, resulting in the scientist being put in jail for his actions and a bounty being set on Licorice who had ran away.
Unknown to Licorice, however, he was unknowingly the second specimen of the scientist. When RGB was created, he was only half-sentient, and unable to control his actions. He was also supposed to be just red, but now, not only is he red, he can be green and blue, hinting at his instability.
The scientist is horrified of what they created, and tries to kick out RGB (who, at the time, doesn't even have a name). RGB retaliates and tries to kill the scientist. He fails, and in result, gets so mad that he runs towards the city near the lab and starts to kill people there. The police were involved, but RGB was never caught, and lingers in the shadows. His killing spree might be over, but his feelings for his creatorr will never die.
As a result of RGB, the police were now in search of RGB's creator. The scientist, who is paranoid that they will be caught, isolates in their secret lab.
This animation takes place after these two events. The creation of anything similar to RGB was now illegal, and so of course, when Licorice escaped and was seen, the police now had a fresh trail that lead to the scientist's lab. The scientist was captured, but Licorice and RGB still roamed free.
Finally, they found each other. They told each other's stories. RGB, still distraught, lashes out a Licorice, but Licorice holds out his paw in alliance, hopeful that they can save their creator.
