So, I wanted to do my slayer task: Jad + caves

I managed to get through the whole caves with range, I came to jad, everything went fine then this happens.. I died at the same time as jad

Completed the caves, It got on my adventure log, Task was done, got the 25k extra xp

But.. No firecape, no tokkul..
