It's been right at 2 decades since the Gen 4 games first arrived on the scene, and while Sinnoh got plenty of cross-generational evolutions (more than any other region!) did you realize that NO Pokémon introduced in Sinnoh has ever evolved since then!? None of them have even gotten regional variants, yet Pokémon from much more recent generations like even Galar HAVE received cross-gen evolutions (see Hydrapple), so that makes you wonder why Sinnoh is deemed off-limits... Let's see if we can find out, while proving them wrong, that some Pokémon would actually be great candidates for a new evolution!
