I missed vidding my babies so so much, this couple just breaks my heart and so I thought they would be perfect for my second round entry for The Creativity of Love Contest, for this round we each got assigned an emotion, mine was tragic. At first I thought I would do a multi couples vid about tragic couples where one of the two have died but then I decided to vid these two, I think their story is quite tragic and that's what I tried to portray in the video. Through the first seasons their story is tragic because Mickey can't admit he's gay and that keeps tearing them apart (as well as Mickey's father who thinks Mickey can be turned straight), in the newest season what keeps them apart is the fact that Ian is bipolar. So I focused on those two things to show how their story is tragic. I really hope we haven't seen the last of them although I've heard Mickey might not be coming back, I hope that rumour isn't true because they're truly epic and I don't see an ending to shameless without them together. Anyways I hope you all like this video and that it fits the theme of tragedy.

Voiceovers:
Monica: There's always gonna be people, their gonna try and fix us and you can never make those people happy like it breaks their heart just to look at you.
Ian: Yeah, even Mickey now.
Monica: That's your boyfriend right?
Ian: Yeah.
Monica: I'm sure he means well but you need to be with people who accept you for who you are and they're out there. You should never apologise for being you, you, Ian.

Ian: I need to see you.

Ian: You love me and you're gay, just admit it, just once.

Ian: Don't do this.

Mickey: Not everyone gets to just blurt out how they fucking feel every minute.

Mickey: I just want everybody here to know I'm fucking gay. You happy now?

Ian: Just wondering if we're a couple or not.
Mickey: Of course we are.

Mickey: I can take care of him. Let me take care of him until he's better.
Fiona: It's almost impossible to handle.
Mickey: Don't fucking tell me what's impossible. We're taking care of him here, you, me, his fucking family.

Mickey: You're sick, you need help.

Lip: You did ok Mickey, hell you tried, it's a lot more than most people would do.

Mickey: Kiss me and I'll cut your fucking tongue out.

Ian: I miss you.
Mickey: Say that again, I'll rip your tongue out of your head.

Ian: We've got nothing to be ashamed of.
Mickey: What fucking world do you live in?

Ian: He isn't afraid to kiss me.

Ian: Would you at least look at me?

Mickey: You think we're boyfriend and girlfriend here? You're nothing but a warm mouth to me.

Mickey: What are you hoping I tell you not to go? I chase after you like some bitch? Don't.

Mickey: I'm worried about you, I love you.

Mickey: What the hell is wrong with you?
Ian: Too much! That's the problem isn't it? You can't do anything about that, you can't change it, you can't fix me because I'm not broken. I don't need to be fixed, ok? I'm me.
Mickey: This is you breaking up with me.
Ian: Yeah.
Mickey: Fuck.
