People pleasing and getting lost in ur relationship is a real thing. My sense of self worth hinged on being a good partner. I gauged how good of a partner I was off of wether or not my partner was happy w/ me. If they weren’t happy, I felt like I was failing them. So once the relationship ended, I felt like I wasn’t worth anything, and I didn’t know what to do w/ myself. Turns out, being my number one priority isn’t selfish. It also doesn’t have to come at the expense of not caring for others. I’m not responsible for anyones happiness.
