Shows how to update the Firmware on a 750 Series Coupler/Controller using FBC Update software.
FW & Flashing Utility are only available by contacting your local WAGO support team. This example uses FBC Update utility and the serial programming cable (750-920), however there is now in testing, Ethernet Update (beta), which allow flashing the firmware over the Ethernet interface.
Disclaimer: There are always some risk when flashing firmware, as interrupting the process can permanently damage the PLC. Take preventative measures and only attempt if the firmware update is absolutely required.
