Both a production Mk-11 RV and a tested RV from a live re-entry flight test are shown here at the US national atomic museum at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque NM USA in 2013. Note the charred surface where the ablative material has burned away on re-entry of the atmosphere. Yield of about megatonnes. Produced: approx. 1000 units built during 1963-1969.
