Today, we are discussing the merge of 2 problematic MLM companies and 2 very problematic leaders. I first came across David Imonitie when he was promoting Organo Gold, an MLM scheme I heavily spoke out about in 2019 that was preying on TLC staff and the cast of 90 Day Fiance. It was Tom Brooks' secret job. Now he is the CEO of iGenius.
Megan Lynch and her twin sister Ragan began VYB in 2024. It went through several failed launches in 2025 that we covered and we have been following this scheme since it's inception.
So this merge is very problematic because both VYB and iGenius are very problematic MLM companies. Today I want to watch the Zoom meeting from January 25, 2026 where Imonitie and Megan explain the merge to VYB members.
We will discuss the history of these MLM influencers and why you shouldn't trust a word they say!
