Lots of videos with a look under the hood of the MK8, so here’s an under the car look.
I am very excited for more seat time with the active rear diff (had a B8 S4 with the sport diff and it was a lot of fun) and take it for some ice racing.
A number of changes from the MK7R - and yes I realize that the MK7 rear knuckles are also aluminum. The front subframe is the one that that’s back to aluminum for the MK8s - like the MK6.
This is a short stop on the lift before we get this R on the dyno and dial it in using the @cobbtuning Accessport.
